Top Virtual Pet Apps Performance in Belgium Q2 2022

In the second quarter of 2022, Belgium's top virtual pet apps displayed diverse trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five apps.

Talking Ben the Dog saw a significant decline in weekly downloads from 8.1K at the start of April to around 1.8K by the end of June. Revenue also decreased from $29 in early April to $6 by the end of June. Active users dropped from 12.8K to 4.3K over the same period.

My Talking Angela 2 experienced a varied revenue trend, peaking at $406 in mid-April before dipping to $126 in the week of June 20, and then rising again to $223 by the end of June. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at 3.1K, peaking at 6.3K, and ending at 2.9K. Active user numbers were more stable, ranging from 22.3K to 29.9K, closing the quarter at approximately 24.9K.

My Talking Tom Friends showed a notable increase in weekly revenue in early May, reaching $214, and later stabilizing around $66 by the end of June. Downloads started at 3.5K, peaked at 5.7K, and ended at 2.5K. Active users remained relatively high, fluctuating between 58.3K and 87.6K.

My Talking Tom 2 had consistent weekly revenue, starting at $115 and peaking at $292 in mid-April, ending the quarter at $280. Downloads showed a peak of 6.2K in early April and settled around 2.3K by the end of June. Active users remained strong, fluctuating between 32.2K and 43.9K.

My Talking Tom showed a mixed revenue trend, peaking at $155 in mid-April before tapering off to $62 by the end of June. Downloads started at 2.4K, peaked at 3.8K, and ended at 1.7K. Active users ranged from 17.1K to 24.6K, showing a slight decline towards the end of the quarter.
